The fed cuts rates, realtors will artificially increase housing prices. August will change the realtor game, so realtors will punish buyers and sellers by pushing up prices of houses since realtors won’t be taking an additional 3% on the buyer side or can’t collect both sides, they will want more commissions.

The fed is always political. Why they cut rates when trump wanted them too?
